It is recommended that you remove it after 8-12 hours.
However, finding the menstrual cup that suits your vagina can be difficult because every women has a different vagina, in terms a length and width. Some may have a small vagina, while others have larger ones, or curvier ones. It is important to get the right menstrual cup because you may experience leaks if the cup doesn't align with your vagina. Nonetheless, you shouldn't get discourage when you cant seem to find the perfect menstrual cup. Now let me show you how to find your perfect fit!

Small: For those under 30 with a light to medium flow or who haven’t given birth.

Consider Your Flow: Choose a size based on your flow intensity and cervix height. Cups with higher capacities are suitable for heavy flow day.
Cervix Height: Determine if your cervix is low, medium, or high during menstruation. This helps in selecting a cup length that fits comfortably.
