This engaging session provides families with empowering, age-appropriate knowledge about the menstrual cycle and the onset of puberty. Through hands-on activities, open discussions, and practical tips, parents and kids will gain a solid understanding of what to expect, how to manage symptoms, and how to support each other in creating a positive approach to menstruation.

Your child deserves to feel confident, knowledgable, and supported as they enter this new stage of growth. The Menarche Workshop offers a safe, nurturing space to learn together, ask questions, and build a foundation for open conversations around puberty and menstruation.
